In this episode we explore the question; Is Self-Care Selfish? How often do we burn ourselves out in our busy lives and not look after ourselves properly both in the church and out? I know myself and the boys are certainly guilty of doing this at some point in our lives. Does the bible advocate for this course of action or does it wish for us to take better care of ourselves?
