This was one topic I was scared to talk about, because conversations like this often come with a fear of backlash. These days, even speaking up about certain values can feel like you are inviting criticism.

But I knew it had to be said. So I sat with one of my mentors and a relationship counsellor to have a real, honest conversation on why Christians should abstain from premarital sex.
