In today's episode of the Let Your Light Shine Bright Podcast, we are starting a new series. This series was motivated by the number of distractions in my life. I wanted to make sure I was in the right frame of mind so I had to go back to the concept of making Christ the Head of my life. In a previous blog post, I mentioned how the growth that God does in you sometimes comes as a shock. One day you look up and you're a completely different person. This is how it is when Christ becomes the head of your life. To kick this off we are going into the mind of Christ. As we look at who we follow, we can see how they have an effect on our thoughts, the way we see things, how we hear things, the posture of our hearts can also change. When we talk about following Christ, we are allowing him to influence all these things and more. Thoughts affect the way we see things and the way we feel. In order to have the thoughts of God, we have to acknowledge that we don't know everything. When we humble ourselves and allow God to fill us with Knowledge beyond our understanding, we see that our thoughts become bigger, our vision becomes better, we dream without limitations and fear. It's time to change the way we think by allowing God to renew our minds.
