A Bible Study about the Holy Spirit.  The following is Lesson 2 and addresses the question: Is the Holy Spirit Deity?

The Holy Spirit is either God or He is not. He either possesses the Divine nature along with the Father and the Son, or He is the creation of God, and maybe a little higher than the angels, but not part of the divinity. In this lesson, we will see what scripture says.  The subject of the Trinity will also be looked at.
