We talk about change. Some people make statements that they don't like change, or change is scary. Some people embrace change, since they recognize it's part of life. Some people want to change, some try to resist change, and others are willing to make the changes they know will benefit them. 

The other day I had a Facebook memory pop up, and it got my wheels turning as to what do other people think about when they have a memory pop up on Facebook. Do you look at that photo and think about how your hairstyle is different, your weight is different, or the person in the picture with you is no longer in your life? Or do you think about the changes you've made that make a real difference in your life other than your outer appearance? How have you changed internally? What challenging changes have you made, because you knew your life would be better for it? And what are you still saying you want to change, but you're just not willing to do what it takes to make the change?
