It comes as no surprise if you are a regular listener that we have a keen interest in breathwork and the many methods and applications of this performance super power we all have access to. 

The weMove journey literally began in the house of Wim Hof as he was the cover star for the first print issue we produced. Over the course of the journey we have become good friends with the other masters of breath from Nicola Price to Brian Mackenzie and Rob Wilson, Leo Daniel Ryan and Eddie Stern.
