I thought I was sorted, had it all together, didn’t need anybody else, and then my world fell apart. I needed help, and this was the beginning of my journey of self-discovery and healing. I now help clients in therapy from all walks of life: couples, teenagers, men, women. Sometimes they just need one therapy session to turn things around. In this episode, I discuss why therapy isn’t for weak people – it’s for courageous people! It’s for people who want to change, who want to grow and strengthen their mental health. This takes work, discipline and courage. To come to therapy, to ask for help, to be honest with ourselves is to finally move towards authenticity.
