The Sermon on the Mount in the Gospel of Matthew is familiar to most of us. But we may not be as familiar with the Sermon on the Plain in Luke's Gospel. Both 'sermons' have beatitudes and teachings about how people are to live as disciples of Jesus. But there are also some important differences.
