Dave and Debbie discuss the teacher shortage in Utah as many gear up to go back to school. Despite increased funding and teacher raises, Utah is struggling to fill teaching positions as the year bears down. Dave and Debbie speak to KSL Newsradio Host Amanda Dickson about the issue and also check in with Sandy Riesgraf with the Jordan School District to discuss the need of substitute teachers.
