According to this passage there is not only a real devil but we are warned to be prepared to stand firm against his schemes- methods or tactics-. Satan and his demons stand in opposition to the things of God and all believers who are born of God. Yes, we are in a war where we can not see our enemy. Therefore, we need to be wise in the scriptures to understand how we are to dress and stand against our enemy.
