Getting in the habit of asking the question "Is this the best use of my time?" is a simple hack that we can use to increase our productivity. By bringing awareness to the present moment and how we are utilizing our time, we can learn to train ourselves to recognize when we are being inefficient or mindlessly falling down a rabbit hole that we don't want to get stuck in for too long. We also talk about letting go of the judgement of what we SHOULD be doing, because often the answer is "YES, although it may not look like it to others, this is a great use of MY time."
