Is this year's Patriots roster better than last year's?

Jones, Mego, and Arcand argue about whether or not the Patriots will be better this season than they were last season. Jones and Mego are on the same page,  You don’t even have to be optimistic because the offense was so bad last year. Mac Jones starts 11 games last year, Jacoby’s numbers are better than Mac’s. Arcand takes a different approach: We are dealing with a bunch of unproven rookies who have not done anything yet. You had holes in the roster that they should have addressed differently.
