Hilary Dombroski is a seasoned financial professional with more than 20 years of experience in the retail and commercial banking sector. As a Branch Manager/Business Development Officer she enjoys the diverse responsibilities of her role that includes talent development, business development, Community involvement and the cultivation of client relationships. She is a relationship developer by nature, and she finds this piece of her career most rewarding.

Hilary is a graduate of the University of Maine where she studied Elementary Education with the future intention of becoming a fourth-grade teacher but not long after graduation accepted a position as a personal banker at a large financial institution and never returned to the classroom.

She has received numerous performance and achievement rewards throughout her banking career, but her career passion is teaching financial literacy to less fortunate youth and adults in her Community. Currently she sits on the Board for the Friends of the Selby Public Library whose mission is to develop services, provide free programs and raise funds for library resources at the Selby Public Library.

In her free time Hilary enjoys reading, tennis, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
