How many of you have worked a part-time job in food service? Anybody?
I spent my formative years working for Chick-Fil-A at South Square Mall in Durham, NC. It was quite the learning experience. I was one of those kids out with the samples passing them out to mall customers as they walked by. Chick-Fil-A believed then, as they do now, all someone had to do is taste the product once and they would be customers for life.
What did Chick-Fil-A do? They understood the value of craveability. Their products are good, but without the initial taste, people may not have known how good the product was. One bite is all it takes.
Is your brand craveable? Does it stay top of mind with your customers or do you have to continually entice and convince people to engage with your brand every, single time?
