I recently receive a DM asking for business time management advice form someone who felt overwhelmed by all the content creation, planning, marketing and so on, she felt she had to do.. I sat with this question for a long time before responding because I don’t feel that this is a time management issues but an alignment issue. Either the business itself isn’t in alignment with her truth OR the way she is running it and doing her tasks isn’t in alignment with the business goals. This podcast is an invitation to review what is working and what is not, and why, to redefine an effective, functional business where time management is easy and fluid.
