In this episode I relate back to an evening I spent getting my son's ailing car back from Dublin.

During the journey I got to thinking how few people on the road actually realised the problems I was having just to keep the car moving with the flow of traffic and I wondered if a lot of teacher's maybe spent their teaching year struggling quietly without anyone really noticing?

Indeed, I extended my thinking out to include whole schools and indeed some businesses could be the same..have a listen.
