If you are anything like me, you thrive on routine. You love having things go a certain way and you often set up your day with an intention, or hope rather, that it will unfold accordingly. But is it our "routine" that is maybe holding us back? Do you find yourself frustrated or giving up if your routine is not unfolding as expected? I know for me, becoming a mom made sticking to a routine SO challenging! Especially when it came to my health and fitness goals, I felt like I was constantly setting myself up for failure. In this episode I chat about how maybe putting too much focus on the "routine" we are trying to set up for ourselves is actually what is holding us back.
