The Great Resignation (as it is known in the U.S.) is a phenomenon that sees millions of people leaving their jobs every month. Not all of them leave because they've got better jobs lined up. A large percentage of those quitting are so sick of their jobs that, one fine day, they just QUIT! No other job to go to, and yet, they walk out the door with a sense of relief!
