On this episode, clinical psychologist and architecture Photographer Amanda Iheme sat with me to discuss the impact of mental health on finding fulfilment in the 21st century. We explored the approach of the millennial generation and that of Generation Z to discussing and understanding their mental health, and tools for working through common mental hiccups we might face, and she shared some interesting insights on the mental health of Nigerians from covid till today.
