This episode is for you if you've been avoiding taking action + selling in your business.. because you're afraid of coming off like those sleazy / inauthentic industry coaches that you are so fed up with.
HERE'S THE THING:
When we reject something in others, usually, it means we're also rejecting it within ourselves.
So if you are making being a part of the coaching industry be "bad and wrong"... well theres a good chance, that some part of you is judging yourself for things that have happened in the past.
Maybe you made a bad investment in a coach. Or a super toxic, gaslight-ey coach tried to pressure you into buying. Or had an awful client trigger you and ask for a refund. Or just have general social fears around rejection and abandonment.. whatever that experience was, the emotional pain from it could be preventing you from seeing your business (and sales) as the neutral - yet beautiful and positive thing that it truly is.
If you're avoiding your business and these feelings are something you're experiencing, we've GOT to shift that so that you are able to show up clear, and able to take action without feeling triggered into a sabotage pattern.
You deserve to do work you love without shaming or judging yourself for it.
You deserve to create your OWN experience in the coaching industry that's supportive for your emotional health.
You deserve to sell and market in integrity and attract like minded clients
You deserve coaching that is emotionally supportive.
SO, to shift this: listen along to this episode til the end as I guide you though a series of journaling prompts to shift out of negative beliefs and help you REDEFINE your own, empowered, authentic, and integrity based experience in the coaching industry. So that you feel excited, motivated, and passionate about enrolling new clients again (and, makin' dat money babyyy.)
