On this episode we explore the difference between frantic action vs. embodied action and how we mistake our anxiety for urgency.
There is Nothing wrong with a sense of Urgency. It's necessary in so many situations. However, there IS a Difference between frantic urgent action vs. embodied urgent action.
Embodiment of self and emotions are no small tasks. It's important to know what contributes to the struggle of embodiment, how to know when we are avoiding embodiment, and ways to learn to safely be present and take meaningful action all while feeling attuned to our body and emotional responses.
Today Alicia Snell joins us to discuss these themes and the importance of community during these times.
