We get to dive into Sales Enablement today. This is one of those terms that could potentially have hundred different definitions. What is Sales Enablement? Why do you need to have this infrastructure in place before you scale? Is your sales enablement strategy set for scale? When you do embark on that journey all things we'll talk about today, sales enablement is a critical function. Organizations need a mature sales enablement component in their revenue department for marketing and sales, because they work in tandem. If you're going to set yourself up for scale, this is where you want to rapidly or at a fast pace, multiply what you have today to reach new levels of your revenue production. You can't scale chaos. You can't scale manual work. If you do that, it's very expensive and impacts your profitability. When we talk about sales enablement, that could refer to tools, technology, coaching, training, content, materials, sales decks, automation for all of that sales process.
