Do you have a sales problem, or do you have a marketing and communication problem?

You must know that people are researching you before they set foot in the building or book a call.

At least 80% of the buyer journey happens online.

So when people get to your coworking space, it's a gut feeling.

They walk in and tell themselves I could spend eight hours a day here, or I couldn't.

So, there's very little pitching or selling that needs to happen.

There's a lot of setting up this sale so people can decide.

So there's no "press hard, the third copy is yours," the "Ben Franklin close," or even cold-calling people.

Most of the sales are likely follow-ups.

So many people, including me, experience nothing happening when I'm inconsistent in my communication.

And then, a lot happens when I put in the effort and am consistent.

Look at your sales process, what happens, and how your website works.

What does your header say on your website?

Because so many people need to correct those header words.

Do you say what you do or say something wishy-washy, like "communication and connection" or "reimagining work" when you're in a coworking space?
