LaShuan is an executive who is also a nurse &amp; an attorney by trade, but her focus for this blog is to share her journey of achieving self care &amp; balance through sewing.What began as an effort to explore ways to decompress doing something she loved slowly transformed into exploring ways to weave in her ability to teach all that she has learned as a beginner sewist; all while reviewing patterns, learning new sewing techniques, attending fashion shows, conducting live sew alongs, talking to other sewists about their journey &amp; much more.
