In this episode I sit down and talk with Isabel Alcover about why she's so much happier than the average person. I was inspired to interview her when I seen how happy and energetic she always was. I got to know Isabel quite well over the time we spent together at the NACUE conference and during this we came up with a project called 'Happier Souls'. The aim of Happier Souls is to provide people with the knowledge and resources to create happiness in their own lives.
