this invincible army, this unconquerable threat and danger to God's people, this great cause of all this panic and distress, when it was compared to God, in Isaiah's mind, it was nothing but dust being blown away by the wind. And so that is a biblical perspective of our God.

It's an incredible, incredible thing that, or an incredible faith that Isaiah has. If you look at verse 14, it says, at evening time, and this is the most beautiful illustration. At evening time, behold, there is terror, but mourning they are no more.
