* God gives us a three-step plan to spur us to action and stand courageously:
* Be - Think - Do.
* 1) Be a noble person - a person of character, who does what’s right whatever the cost.
* Nobility comes through surrender - submission to God is the foundation for nobility.
* 2) Think like a noble person - transformation takes place in the mind.
* Thinking your identity is done through renewal (Romans 12:1-2).
* 3) Do noble things - just do it!
* This verse is talking about courage - a noble man “standing” in the midst of a dark culture.
* It’s not enough to be a noble person and think like a noble person if you have no intentions of standing courageously in the midst of a dark culture.
