In the middle of the rocky teenage years, it’s important to step back and gain a new perspective.
One of the best big picture views for the parent comes from the Old Testament prophet Isaiah. In chapter 40, he wrote this: “The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.”
Are you weary or weak? Lean on the One who doesn’t ever grow tired. God is the creator of the ends of the earth, and that means He made your family too!
