The LORD's Anger against Israel (cont.) / The LORD's Use of Assyria. Isaiah speaks as God speaking as the Assyrian King, and it's not confusing at aaaaall. God calls the Assyrians a bunch of tools and then says he's gonna kill most of his people and the two people that are left should not be scared because murder and mayhem isn't terrifying in any way whatsoever. Husband gets pretty worked up over how much of a dick God is. It's a lot.
