As we approach a new year with significant changes, we have much to look forward to, and some difficulties to endure. What kind of vision will strengthen us to serve faithfully today? There is value in looking back, where we have come from, and looking forward, where we would like to go. But, our greatest strength comes from looking up, at the sovereign God who rules the nations and orders history. This is Isaiah's vision.
