CAVS (Congress on Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery) and ISCG (International Society of Cosmetogynecology) grew up together for a decade starting about 20 years ago. The goals were to introduce and expand Aesthetic/Cosmetic Gynecology in the United States and Abroad. After CAVS had its last Congress in 2015, the two Brother Societies joined. Now all grown up, ISCG reigns supreme. Congratulations to the Pelosis for the perseverance, foresight, structure, sheer will and determination to help create our field of Cosmetic Gynecology. In fact, the term “Cosmetogynecology” was created by Team Pelosi.

To those of you who are landing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for our annual ISCG shindig, do enjoy the moments and be amazed at where we are now and what lies ahead. I cannot be there this year in person but will be there in spirit and in 3 videos. My grandson is about to born and that is the most important in life right today.
