I know this sounds crazy, but ISIS just cut the pay to all state members by 50% This comes on the back of rapidly declining oil prices that have no doubt put a pinch on ISIS's cashflow. What I find most offensive is how quickly ISIS did what we in America have needed to do for decades yet can't seem to get done. CUT GOVERNMENT SPENDING!
