Today I will be bringing you the second part of my interview with Taiwanese Director S. Leo Chiang. Last week we delved into Leo's Oscar-nominated short documentary “Island In Between," which focuses on Taiwan’s outlying Kinmen Islands, and offers a nuanced view of identity and belonging amid cross-Strait tensions.
