I quite enjoy these stories by Dorthea B Frank-they are not all fluff and stuff. They are about real people and how they try and cope with real life vs age old rules handed down to them

The author is funny and serious at times. Book was great. Really enjoyed the story. Easy listening to.

Sounded like I was listening to someone's life story. Had reality to it.

It made me laugh a lot. Loved the southern slangs and terms.
What does Robin Miles bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?
She reads so well. Brings all the characters to life. I think I would love listening to anything she reads. She pulls you into the story like you are there.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When the main character hit the fan and did major car damage.
