The first of a multi-part series arguing for the Biblical validity of Contemplative Prayer.

In recent years, the frequency of people identifying Contemplative Prayer as sinful/satanic has increased with the rise of religious extremism among American Christians. With this push towards fundamentalism has come a reduction of Christian Freedom, and the resulting ostracism of certain Christian practices.

I’d like to show how valid and biblical this form of prayer is, even though it is not explicitly laid out in Scripture.
