(Isn’t) A Mythical Dream

courageously walking the length

of this lifetime, although, it isn’t

always easy, at times, it blisters

fervently, we’ll overcome every

one of those feverish schemes...

breaking the cold sweats daily

maybe some aloe vera would

soothe old aching bones and

hopefully chasing away woes

alas, the awakening, causes

us to be very aware of reality -

as this isn’t a mythical dream
