On this very special episode as we head into Mothers Day I am joined by my beautiful Mum, Rosanna Morales (Pekin). This lady is truly one of a kind, she is one of the most generous and caring people anyone can ever come across. She sits down and discusses her journey of immigration from the Philippines, her stories settling in Portland, some of the sacrifices she made to start a new life in a foreign country, Filipino culture and of course their famous cuisine.
