It is a familiar sound that has not been heard for a long while. Air raid sirens in major cities, people fleeing to bomb shelters, thousands rockets fired apparently in a 24-hour period. Several dozen people have been killed, in fact each day the death toll increases. It's a horrible, nasty, and deadly business, it's called war. But why now?
