Abraham our Patriarch was born in the Jewish year 1948 (counting from Creation) and was 75 years old when Hashem commanded him with the infamous words "Lech Lecha" at the beginning of this week's parsha. Is it a coincidence that Israel was founded in 1948 and is currently 75 years old or is there something deeper we can learn from this parallel that will help us Israel us to victory?
