Trump has made a bold statement concerning America's relationship with NATO. Trump told his supporters if a NATO country does not pay what it owes, then he will not support them. Furthermore, he went on to say if Russia attacked that NATO country, he would not intervene and would allow Russia to do whatever the hell they want to do.
