In Deut. 28, Moses laid out two clear choices for Israel. If they kept covenant with Yahweh He would bless them and sustain them on the Promised Land. But, if they refused to keep the covenant, the curses of Yahweh would overtake them and drive them from the land.All the future work of Israel's Prophets hinged on how they kept covenant with Yahweh.

We'll trace Israel's history that led to her birth as a nation, her rise to prominence, and her fall into captivity. By doing this we can understand  the purpose and work of her prophets.
