How much disrespect are you willing to put up with in the workplace/internship? Sometimes we find ourselves tolerating disrespect from upper management because “the pay is good” or because we believe we are not capable of “finding something better”. You should never, under any circumstances, allow someone to disrespect you! The more chances you give them; the greater the likelihood that they will continue to disrespect you.
