I get this question all the time, how risky is it to day trade and the answer is, that you can control your risk. There are ways to control your risk that allow you to at the most lose only 15 to 20% of your daily investment. I my mind that is not so terribly bad considering I have seen people lose all of their total investment. Here is some way to control your risk.
