In my meditation this morning I had this god centered security in the center of the storm (It’s windy as heck outside!  I mean batten down the hatches windy).  Which is analogous to my current experience with my online summit project.

It’s windy and my hedge is getting worked!   The hour meditation went quick!  The space I’ve come to: Yeah I’ve got a lot to learn and I want to be farther ahead than I am.  Quora and Reddit come to light!  Seeing the defined differences between heartbreak, depression, midlife crisis, existential crisis, identity crisis etc…  Perhaps you can circumvent the problem?  What triggers certain states?
