I'm back with James Turner an ex Supt from Avon and Somerset Constabulary and this time he is talking about the courage to leave the police and follow a new career.

James didn't leave because he hated The Job, he just wanted a new adventure. We talk about how he approached it, how he managed the fear and the importance of self-trust, something so many of us lack and I believe it's this lack of self trust that keeps us stuck and feeling trapped.
