I am the AVP of White Cloak Technologies, Inc., one of the leading software development companies in the Philippines. In a nutshell, I’m part of management. I’m heading a department that deals with product development’s requirements and Scrum implementation.

Some facts about me: - Planning, collaborating, and resolving issues excite me. Not just at work, even in our household. These tasks make me feel alive. - I am a manager, yes I have a team of BAs/POs and SMs. But I am a "People Manager". I value building relationships more than anything else on my pipeline of responsibilities. - I am experienced in overseeing software product development. That's what I'm known for at work. - I am up to any challenge. Because I've witnessed and dealt with 29 years of this rollercoaster ride called life. - I am a social butterfly. See me visiting each and every table at the party? Yes, that's me. - I love reading. I start and end my day with it. My Kindle is my best friend. - My family and dogs are my motivation.
