Pennywise is back to terrorize the town of Derry after 27 years and The Loser's Club has to reunite in order to stop him for good...but is this film good? Well, that depends on the type of film you were expecting going into IT Chapter Two, because we were expecting a horror film, but somehow got a slapstick comedy instead.
