Today on the show we have Allison Hardy. Allison helps mompreneurs create 6-figure businesses on their terms through a hearty dose of automation, strategic email funnels to sell their products/services, and leveraging authentic social media interactions through Facebook Groups to become the go-to expert in their niche. She is the creator of The 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast, a Huffington Post Contributor, has been featured in YFS Magazine, and was named one of Washington, D.C.'s most influential professionals under 40 by Washington Life Magazine.
I really enjoyed my conversation with Allison. Like myself, she’s a mother of two small children and has structured her business around the life she wants for herself and her family. We got into the nitty gritty of how she transitioned from working 16 hour days in her first year of business to now only working during her 16 month old daughter’s naptime, all while scaling her business to multiple 6-figures per year. Allison is completely transparent with what worked, what didn’t, and what she would have done differently while building her business.
