It Ends with Us (movie review)🌸

You knew it was coming… i couldn’t resist. Blake Lively was an amazing Lily Bloom, and I did enjoy this movie but I enjoyed even more talking about it in this episode. I’m calling it the redemption episode for It Ends with Us because I 💩 on this book (and the behind the scenes movie photos) in previous episodes so I have a new outlook that I’m excited to share with you! 

Your episode breakdown includes: a recap of my initial thoughts on the book 2 years ago (which was the second episode ever published on this podcast), the marketing and publicity that this book has received, along with interviews, casting, my thoughts on the film, and of the book-film differences that I noticed/liked/disliked. There’s so much more that I’m missing and this is just the beginning, but the take away is that you should definitely go read the book. No movie adaptation can capture every detail that the fans want, and as a standalone I think that the movie is good and well done. It’s just not the same.
