It Follows is a 2014 horror film starring Maika Monroe, and directed by David Robert Mitchell. Maika Monroe plays a girl named Jay who is infected with a disease by a man named Hugh, the disease involves a zombie-like creature stalking her at every turn, and potentially killing her if it ever reaches her.
